About this church
Metro Church gathers Sundays at 10 a.m. in Kenner for music, prayer, and a Bible message within an explicitly Pentecostal setting. Its beliefs emphasize biblical authority, salvation through Christ, divine healing, Spirit baptism, and holy living. Wednesday Bible study begins at 6:30 p.m. The site also lists Women Wanting Wisdom on Tuesdays at 10 a.m., a men's Band of Brothers Bible study Wednesdays at 6:30, GriefShare Mondays at 7, and a support group on the fourth Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Because events can rotate, newcomers should check the calendar before attending anything beyond the main weekly schedule.
KidsQuest meets during Sunday worship at 10. Its registration form collects each child's age or grade, allergies, and special instructions and groups participants from infants through high-school age. The children's page emphasizes a safe setting, biblical learning, and parent-led faith activities at home, though it does not explain classroom assignments, check-in, or staff screening. Metro describes itself as family centered and focused on helping people discover purpose and flourish in faith. Its global work includes a continuing partnership with a missionary and ministry-training school in Mexico, plus affiliations with other ministries. Church Online and message media are linked for remote viewing. Official pages do not state service length, music format beyond worship, Communion practice, parking, accessible entrances, attire, nursery provision, assistive listening, or which Sunday services stream live.
