Bedico Baptist Church

About this church

Bedico Baptist Church is a Ponchatoula congregation serving Louisiana’s North Shore. Its mission asks members to love God fully, invite others to seek Jesus, follow him faithfully, and engage their community and world. The church’s vision combines a place of rest with a challenge to deepen faith. Children, students, adult discipleship, worship, events, and service create age-specific settings within that purpose.

Two Sunday services offer distinct musical approaches: a traditional service at 9:00 a.m. and a modern service at 10:30. Wednesday evening ministries begin at 6:30 p.m. kidsLIFE serves kindergarten through fifth grade during both Sunday hours and on Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30, using age-appropriate learning, friendship, fun, and rotating weekly themes. Student ministry serves grades six through twelve with biblical community and an emphasis on equipping young people to participate in the church now, although its page does not publish a separate hour from the church-wide Wednesday schedule. Families should confirm whether nursery care is available and where each age group checks in, since those details are not stated on the public pages. Event registrations are handled through the official events page. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., giving first-time guests a weekday window for practical questions before choosing a Sunday service.
