About this church
Pisgah Seventh-day Adventist Church in La Plata observes Saturday Sabbath with an online Power Hour from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., Sabbath School at 9:15, and Divine Worship at 11:00. Sabbath School is offered in person and on Zoom, while the main worship service is in person and livestreamed. A Wednesday prayer meeting runs from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. both onsite and virtually.
Ministries reflect the congregation's aim of knowing Jesus and making Jesus known. Adventurers serves children ages four through nine, Pathfinders serves ages ten through seventeen, and Adventist Youth Society adds faith, leadership, and fellowship opportunities. Community service, health and temperance, education, family life, music, nursing-home ministry, and outreach connect Sabbath worship with practical care. Visitors should plan for Saturday rather than Sunday and may arrive before 9:15 for study or before 11:00 for worship alone. Online participants should use the church's current access details, as the prayer meeting and Sabbath School use published virtual credentials.
