About this church
Encounter Life Church in Hillcrest Heights begins Sunday worship at 11 a.m. Over roughly ninety minutes, its team leads a blend of contemporary and traditional music. Childcare and age-level activities are available, and the church encourages guests to stay afterward for fellowship. Sermons can also be watched through the church’s live and media links. Encounter Life describes itself as a place to meet Jesus, discover gifts, engage in life-giving community, and use those gifts for God’s glory. Its vision is for people to encounter God’s presence, discover purpose, and experience gospel power.
Sunday classes serve children from birth through age twelve; the visitor page also says young people attend the regular service when they reach twelve, so families with a twelve-year-old should confirm classroom placement. Wednesday Teen Bible Study combines faith formation with food, fun, and fellowship, while small groups gather throughout the week in multiple areas for community and spiritual growth. Published beliefs emphasize one Triune God, creation, biblical revelation, humanity in God’s image, salvation by grace through faith in Christ, the church’s gospel mission, resurrection, and Christ’s return. Encounter Life has not posted the teen study hour, family check-in safeguards, attire, parking, step-free access, hearing help, sacrament practices, or whether its live feed carries every Sunday gathering.
