New Life Church

About this church

New Life Church in Escanaba offers Sunday services at 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. The church describes both gatherings as casual and relaxed; guests are welcomed by hosts and can stop for coffee in the café area before entering the auditorium. NL Kids serves infants through fifth grade in age-appropriate rooms. Families check children in at kiosks, receive matching security tags for pickup, and can be contacted during worship through a displayed family code. These concrete logistics make the first visit easier to picture than a general promise of being family friendly.

Midweek ministries gather on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Students in grades six through twelve meet at the church, while children from 4K through sixth grade participate in activity-based clubs from 6:30 to 7:45 during the September-to-May school year. New Life traces its beginning to a small group meeting in Escanaba homes in 1952. After several moves and building projects, the congregation now holds two services at its Eighth Avenue campus and describes its wider purpose as bringing hope to Michigan’s 906 area. Secure children’s care, coordinated Wednesday programs, two Sunday choices, and a specific regional mission give this church a clear practical identity.
