Braham Lutheran Church, Braham, MN

About this church

Braham Evangelical Lutheran Church begins Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. and worship at 9:30 at 905 Central Drive West. Worship uses settings from Evangelical Lutheran Worship and connects the congregation with Lutheran liturgy, Scripture, preaching, and Communion. The church traces its origins to 29 adults who organized the Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church of Rice Lake in a private home in 1879.

Children, youth, and family ministries continue that multigenerational story, while monthly off-site services bring music, worship, and fellowship to Elmhurst and GracePointe residents. Those gatherings normally occur on the last Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., creating a ministry connection for people who may not travel easily to Sunday worship. Visitors with children can begin at Sunday School and move directly into the 9:30 service; others can arrive for worship alone. The compact half-hour overlap suggests families should come promptly for education. Because care-community services and seasonal programs can shift, confirm the monthly schedule before attending anywhere other than the main Braham sanctuary.
