Salem Covenant Church

About this church

Salem Covenant Church meets at 339 59th Avenue West in Duluth on Sunday at 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. The two services are essentially identical, combining a welcome time, three or four songs drawn from contemporary worship and traditional hymns, prayer, and biblical teaching. Services also stream online. Parking is available behind the building and across Green Street; seven accessible spaces are marked, and entrance number one is the unlocked service entrance.

Coffee and treats are served between gatherings, and the church suggests that guests attending at 10:45 arrive around 10:15 to take part. Anchored serves children age three through fifth grade during the first service and on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. during the school year, with a reduced summer schedule. Nursery ages differ slightly by service, and check-in uses matched security codes with trained, background-checked volunteers. Communion is normally celebrated on the last Sunday of the month and is open to those who acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior. Salem's vision emphasizes intergenerational growth, with dedicated youth ministry and local and global mission partners.
