Faith Lutheran Church

About this church

Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson publishes a seasonal summer schedule with an 8 a.m. First Word traditional service and a 10:10 a.m. gathering at Library Square. That outdoor/community setting distinguishes the later service from the church's usual indoor worship rhythm. The church also broadcasts the early service live for local cable viewers and posts recordings online afterward. Because the page specifically labels these as summer hours and advertises occasional off-site services, visitors should check the current worship notice before setting out.

The congregation's ministries span children, students, adults, small groups, music, and service. Its internship program is particularly distinctive: participants spend a year learning the rhythms of congregational ministry alongside experienced leaders in pastoral care, youth and children's work, and worship and music. Children's ministry registration follows the school year, while adult studies and small groups provide ways to connect outside Sunday worship. People looking for a Lutheran church in Hutchinson will find a congregation with traditional worship, a community-facing summer service, online access, and hands-on leadership development. Confirm the fall schedule once the seasonal Library Square series concludes.
