Our Redeemer Lutheran Church

About this church

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Pine City worships Sunday at 9 a.m. in person, live on YouTube, and over WCMP 1350 AM and Anthem Country 106.5 FM. Downloadable bulletins help remote worshipers follow the service. Intentional prayer begins at 8 a.m., and adult Bible study follows worship at 10. The ELCA congregation describes a place for people with questions and complexities, grounded in God's grace and called to do God's work for the life of the world. Its vision is to shine light into darkness and bring hope and healing.

Children, youth, and family ministry spans birth through sixth grade and grades seven through twelve, with a named ministry director and current event calendar. The homepage highlights confirmation, Vacation Bible School, youth mission trips, youth service events, Bible Sunday, picnic worship, and Children of Joy Preschool. Adult life includes Wednesday men's Bible breakfast at 6:30 a.m., Thursday women's study at 8, monthly women's circles, Monday quilting with fellowship and devotions, Befrienders visitation, worship planning, heritage work, and Women of the ELCA. Creation care through the synod's EcoFaith Network includes a pollinator garden, plastic-bag recycling into benches, compostable kitchen supplies, and fair-trade fellowship coffee. Public pages do not state service length, liturgical music, clothing, parking, accessibility, nursery supervision, child check-in or screening, Communion practice, or broadcast delay.
