Mount Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth

About this church

Mount Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth organizes its life around dwelling in God, connecting in community, and engaging individual callings. Its regular worship choices retain Lutheran liturgy while offering either traditional or contemporary music. Children, youth, family formation, food ministries, volunteering, online worship, and phone access make the congregation reachable in several different ways.

The regular Sunday pattern lists traditional worship at 9:00 a.m. and contemporary worship with Lutheran liturgy at 10:45. Both are available online, and the 9:00 service can be heard by telephone. On August 30, 2026, the church replaces that two-service pattern with one Gathered as One summer celebration at 10:00 a.m., followed by brunch in the Community Room. Because the official homepage actively advertises that date-specific change, visitors should use the worship calendar rather than assume the normal times apply every week. Volunteer roles include preparing Communion before the early service and cleaning up after the later one. Registration for the 2026–27 children, youth, and family program is also open through the official site.
