First Pentecostal Church of West Point

About this church

First Pentecostal Church of West Point begins Sundays with adult and children’s Sunday School at 10:00 a.m., followed by a shared worship service at 11:00. The church describes worship as lively and dynamic, with music, Pentecostal preaching, and space for a response to God. Children’s Sunday School uses lessons, puppets, crafts, and other activities before families reunite for worship. Tuesday service begins at 7:00 p.m., while Thrive Youth and FPC Kidz Church meet Thursdays at 7:00.

Newcomer guidance is direct and practical. Visitors are encouraged to bring a Bible or note-taking materials if they have them, but neither is required because Scripture and song lyrics are generally displayed. There is no special congregational dress requirement; the church says some people wear traditional Sunday clothing while modest, comfortable attire is also appropriate. That makes this a clear option for someone seeking an Apostolic or Pentecostal atmosphere who wants to know what the service feels like before arriving. Ministry opportunities provide routes into service and connection beyond worship. The church is at 27645 East Main Street. Because special gatherings may affect the weekly pattern, verify the live site or contact page before a holiday visit.
