At The Crossing's Fenton campus, Sunday services begin at 9 and 11 a.m. at 1800 Bowles Avenue. The church began with eight people in a living room and has grown across the St. Louis area while keeping a stated purpose of giving people from different backgrounds room to ask large questions and learn about Jesus together. Previous weekend services are available on demand, making it possible to preview the teaching and worship before choosing a morning.

KidsCrossing serves birth through fifth grade during weekend services. Babies receive care from trusted volunteers, while older children sing age-appropriate songs, explore Bible stories, meet in small groups, and form friendships in a setting designed around safety, grace, truth, and love. YouthCrossing gathers grades six through twelve from 6:30 to 8:30 Wednesday evenings during the school year at each campus; students check in, meet leaders and peers, play games, share snacks, worship, and hold honest conversations about God and life. The congregation also connects worship to weekday practices such as reading Scripture, serving marginalized neighbors, praying, and building relationships. Newcomers can choose either Sunday service, use parallel children's care, and direct teenagers toward the midweek gathering. The record's former “bookstore” label refers to this full Fenton church campus, not a retail-only location.
