Trinity Church of the Nazarene

About this church

Trinity Church of the Nazarene is a Florissant congregation organized around loving God, loving people, and serving North St. Louis County. Founded in 1975, it places worship and discipleship at the center of congregational life and connects them with community service. Ministries span infants through older adults, including age-specific children’s rooms, sixth- through twelfth-grade youth, adult formation, and the Brunch Bunch for people age sixty and older.

Sunday worship begins at 10:45 a.m. Nursery and preschool care for children from birth through pre-K runs 10:30 a.m.–noon with music, a Bible story, snacks, and games; families check in downstairs. Kindergarten through fifth grade joins the opening songs in the worship center before dismissal to a children’s service. Children’s volunteers have background checks, and matching identification tags support pickup; a child’s code appears on the worship screen if a parent is needed. The Gathering for grades six through twelve meets Wednesday 6:30–8:15 p.m. during the school year and adds camps, mission trips, and occasional events. Public pages do not specify service length, dress, parking, accessibility, Communion practice, livestream timing, nursery worker screening details beyond children’s volunteers, or whether midweek elementary programming follows the same schedule as youth.
