Immaculate Conception Church is a Jackson Catholic parish founded as an Archdiocese of St. Louis mission in 1850 and established as a parish in 1874. Weekend Mass is celebrated Saturday at 5 p.m. and Sunday at 7, 8:30, and 10 a.m. Weekday Mass meets Monday through Friday at 8 a.m., with an additional Tuesday Mass at 6:30 p.m. Reconciliation is offered Saturday from 4 to 4:45, Tuesday from 5:45 to 6:15, first Friday from 7 to 7:30 a.m., and by appointment. Mass also streams through the parish’s YouTube channel.

Tuesday Adoration runs from 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with additional overnight and monthly opportunities. The parish’s spiritual, educational, charitable, and social programs include a Catholic school, School of Religious Education, OCIA, Bible studies, sacramental preparation, prayer, family ministry, Junior Apostles for grades six through eight, and Youth Spirit for grades nine through twelve. Family programs are designed to support parents as primary faith teachers. The congregation grew from a few families to more than 3,000 members, surviving a 2003 tornado and continuing a long-range campus expansion. Construction has temporarily moved the office to 220 East Monroe Street, Suite B, so visitors should distinguish office access from worship location and confirm bulletins for construction-related changes, Adoration, parking, accessibility, and Holy Day schedules.
