Laura Street Baptist Church

About this church

Laura Street Baptist Church provides three Sunday worship choices at 120 South Laura Street in Maryville: early service at 8:15 a.m., late service at 10:45, and evening service at 7:00. Sunday School begins between the morning services at 9:30, with classes for all ages. The 10:45 service is posted online each Sunday, giving prospective visitors a way to hear the preaching before attending.

Wednesday follows a family-friendly sequence of fellowship dinner at 5:45 and activities from 6:30 to 7:30. TeamKID gives children activity-based learning, Bible memory, and practical application, while youth hold their own worship gathering in the two-story building; adult classes meet during the same hour. Seasonal options include Vacation Bible School and a children’s church camp centered on Bible study and recreation. Laura Street summarizes its mission as hearing from God, growing in knowledge of God, and sharing God with the world, and says it has a heart for both its faith community and Maryville. The unusually broad Sunday schedule works for different routines, while the coordinated Wednesday dinner and programs let adults, children, and teenagers participate during one shared block.
