St Paul's Lutheran Church

About this church

St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Beatrice worships at 9:00 a.m. Sundays with traditional Lutheran hymns and liturgy. The Missouri Synod congregation traces its beginning to a Nebraska District mission planted in 1913 and continues to frame its primary work as proclaiming Jesus Christ through the gospel. Current bulletins provide the clearest preview of readings, prayers, music, and announcements for a particular Sunday.

A Christian school and child-care center share the ministry, giving families educational and weekday connections in addition to worship. The child-care program describes a loving, nurturing learning environment, while the church's information pages explain its beliefs, history, and approach to liturgical worship. Visitors can arrive before 9:00 at the North 10th Street campus and use the posted bulletin to follow the service. Households interested in school or care should contact those offices separately because their hours and enrollment do not match the Sunday schedule. Holiday services may add or replace the normal time, making the live bulletin page important around Christmas, Holy Week, and other festivals.
