Hope Community meets at 755 Trademark Drive in Reno on Sunday at 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. The 10:45 service streams on YouTube. Hope Kids classes run during both gatherings; middle-school students meet during the first service and high-school students during the second. Families can preregister children before arriving, and ministry ranges from a staffed nursery through classes preparing fourth- and fifth-graders for the transition into adolescence.

The church opened October 1, 2006, as a new plant serving Reno's Double Diamond area. Its purpose is to connect imperfect people with the perfect love of Christ, expressed in the memorable rule that no perfect people are allowed. Visitors are told to expect casual dress, contemporary music, relevant teaching, and a congregation comfortable welcoming people who may have given up on church. Life groups, missions, prayer, and age-specific ministry provide paths beyond the weekend. A family can choose either hour for children's programming, while students should select the service aligned with their grade. Online access and pre-registration make the 10:45 gathering especially easy to preview.
