About this church
Living Waters Lutheran Church is a small ELCA congregation on Old York Road in Ringoes. Sunday worship begins at 10:30 a.m. indoors and is livestreamed, with downloadable bulletins available for people following from home. The service brings together choir and other music, a sermon, and a children's message. The church describes its purpose as being a renewed and renewing Christian community reflecting God's love, grace, mercy, justice, and peace. Its size is presented as a strength: the congregation emphasizes close relationships while still participating in projects with a reach beyond its own membership.
Service is particularly visible in the church's work against food insecurity. Members collect food for the Flemington Area Food Pantry, assemble breakfast or weekend bags, prepare lunches, support the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, and respond to other community needs as projects arise. Christian education opportunities are available across ages, and artist programs, fair-trade fairs, and community events broaden the congregation's public life. Visitors can preview the worship bulletin or livestream before attending, which is helpful for anyone unfamiliar with Lutheran liturgy. Because special projects carry their own dates and volunteer limits, the current service-project page is the best source for deciding how to participate beyond Sunday morning.
