St. Thomas Aquinas University Parish and Newman Center stands at 1815 Las Lomas Road NE beside the University of New Mexico. Weekend Masses are Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with the latter serving as the Sunday vigil, and Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Confession is offered Saturday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday before the two morning Masses. Weekday Mass, confession, and adoration are also frequent, but the parish warns that university breaks and holy days can shift the schedule.

Founded as a Catholic center near UNM in 1950, the ministry grew from a student gathering into an Archdiocese of Santa Fe parish serving students, faculty, staff, and neighboring families. LoboCatholic remains its campus-facing community, with retreats, small groups, service, leadership development, and student registration. Parking requires some planning: limited free parish spaces sit behind the church and behind Luther House, while a university lot west of the parish is available on Sundays; other university areas may require payment or permits.
