Adams Village Baptist Church

About this church

Adams Village Baptist Church holds Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. A choir and organist lead uplifting music each week, joined at times by vocalists and instrumentalists for special selections and seasonal services. Choir rehearsal begins Sundays at 9. Children ages four through fourteen start in the main gathering and are excused during worship for Sunday School. A Tuesday Bible study meets at 1 p.m. in the fellowship room under the pastor's leadership. The church describes itself as a Christlike community where people offer their time and abilities, experience God's love, and grow in faith and fellowship.

The congregation's mission support combines money, prayer, and volunteer service. Listed partners provide food for children, operate the Rhode Center food pantry and Food Sense program, serve through Watertown Urban Mission, and address substance use and addiction through Credo. Wider giving includes the World Mission Offering and support for retired ministers and missionaries. The services page links a church YouTube channel, and Facebook information is available through the contact page, though the site does not explicitly promise a weekly livestream or define recording frequency. Visitors should ask about nursery care for younger children, Sunday School check-in, accessibility, parking, baptism and Communion practice, and whether a particular service will be broadcast.
