New Covenant Presbyterian Church

About this church

New Covenant Presbyterian Church is an Albany neighborhood congregation that describes itself as welcoming people across ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, and faith backgrounds. Its church life connects worship and prayer with community engagement, including participation in a neighborhood farmers market. The official site offers both in-person and online ways to follow worship, useful for people who want to understand the congregation before attending.

Sunday worship normally begins at 10:00 a.m. and is available in person, on Facebook, and on YouTube. During July and August, the published time shifts to 9:30, so summer visitors should not rely on the regular-year hour. A prayer gathering meets Tuesday from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. both in person and over Zoom. The what-to-expect page provides context for worship, while the blog carries current notices that may supersede older page text. Since the site contains office-hour information that is not fully consistent across pages, anyone needing weekday access should contact the church rather than treating an old office schedule as current. Worshipers should likewise check recent posts around holidays or severe weather.
