Holy Trinity Church

About this church

Holy Trinity Church in Cohoes celebrates Saturday vigil Mass at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday Mass at 10:30. Weekday Masses are Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and Thursday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. Eucharistic Adoration and reconciliation are available Tuesday from 4:15 to 5:15, with Saturday confession from 2:45 to 3:45 and other times by appointment. Visitors can use a lot across Vliet Boulevard or another behind the church beside the parish center. Dress ranges from summer shorts and sandals to traditional Sunday clothing, and guests are not expected to contribute to the offering.

School-year faith formation serves prekindergarten through tenth grade Sundays from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., immediately before Mass, with up to twenty-five classes between September and April. The program uses attendance and hallway volunteers to monitor access and help keep the parish center secure. Children who have received First Communion may serve at the altar beginning in third grade, while adults can assist as catechists, hospitality ministers, lectors, Eucharistic ministers, or rosary leaders. Holy Trinity describes community, belonging, mutual support, and service as part of knowing, loving, and serving God. The parish is at 122 Vliet Boulevard; check the calendar for funerals, holy days, and exceptions.
