Korean Presbyterian Church of Westchester

About this church

Korean Presbyterian Church of Westchester worships at 50 Pintard Avenue in New Rochelle, in a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Presbyterian congregation has a Korean-language ministry and an English Ministry that was organized in 1998 under the church's session. On Sundays, the Korean ministry holds services at 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in the main chapel, and the English service begins at 11:15 a.m. in the Communal Life Space, following a 10 a.m. service for teachers in the small chapel. English worship combines contemporary Christian songs with a more traditional order of service, and the two ministries occasionally hold joint services. Confirm times on the website.

Children's church for pre-K through sixth grade meets at 11:15 a.m. in a second-floor classroom, opening with praise and a short message before age-grouped Bible classes. A toddler room serves children ages 1 to 3, and parents usually stay with them. The youth group for grades 7 through 12 combines praise with Bible study led by adult volunteers. Adults can join a weekly Bible study and a Bible reading fellowship. Outreach includes Habitat for Humanity of Westchester, cutlery kits for Hope Community Services and clothing and food runs with Midnight Run, plus a short-term mission team each summer. Newcomers can fill out a form on the website, and services stream on the church's YouTube channel.
