Our Lady of the Sacred Heart

About this church

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart is a Roman Catholic parish in the Orchard Park and West Seneca area of New York. Its mission connects faithful Gospel living with acts of faith, hope, and charity, drawing strength from the Eucharist. Parish life includes sacramental worship, outreach, devotional and social ministries, and several approaches to faith formation. Families may choose Sunday family-based sessions, traditional Monday classes, or other published options; students in grades six through nine also complete Christian-service hours in the parish or community. Youth and family events welcome a broad range of ages, though advance registration is sometimes required.

Weekend Mass is celebrated Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Weekday Mass is normally Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. The Sacrament of Penance is offered Saturdays from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. or by appointment. The church is at 3148 Abbott Road. Sunday faith-formation families meet for the 9:00 Mass before classes in the parish center, with dismissal at noon on scheduled dates. Holy Day times differ from the ordinary timetable, so parishioners and visitors should consult the current bulletin before attending.
