Rehoboth House of Praise Church of God

About this church

Rehoboth House of Praise Church of God holds Sunday worship at 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. at 199-24 Linden Boulevard in St. Albans. Tuesday Bible study and prayer begin at 7 p.m., and a weekly period of prayer and fasting starts at 8 a.m. Saturday. Public parking is available, there is no stated dress code, and the contact page invites people to watch a sermon before coming. Questions and prayer requests can be submitted directly, including requests marked for the pastoral team only.

Rehoboth began in 2004 with a small group and now describes itself as a house of faith, family, and worship where every generation is valued. Its concise mission is to make Jesus known so that “each one” can win and teach another person. Children's ministry provides trained caregivers in a safe setting during every service, along with Bible lessons, worship, games, and seasonal Vacation Bible School. An evangelistic extension established in 2021 carries the congregation's Spirit-filled mission into Jamaica under local leadership, adding another location focused on faith, hope, and community. A newcomer in Queens can choose either Sunday hour, use Tuesday for a smaller teaching-and-prayer setting, or begin remotely with a sermon. Parents have the practical assurance that children's care is not limited to only one of the two worship services.
