Davidson College Presbyterian Church

About this church

Davidson College Presbyterian Church uses a summer worship schedule of 10:00 a.m. Sundays in the sanctuary, generally from late May through early September, with livestreams on YouTube and Facebook. Outside summer, the church offers multiple worship settings, including a traditional service in Lingle Chapel supported by the Geneva Choir. Free childcare is available for worship.

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregation sits at the meeting point of Davidson’s campus and community and explicitly describes itself as welcoming, affirming, and inclusive. Youth ministry, mission, and congregational life connect students, local households, and longtime members. A first-time summer guest should arrive before 10:00 or join the concurrent livestream. Visitors during the academic year should verify the active service times and locations rather than relying on the summer hour. Families can plan around the stated childcare availability but should confirm check-in details, and people choosing among services can review the worship page to distinguish the Lingle Chapel setting from other formats.
