Grace Baptist Church

About this church

Grace Baptist Church meets at 2008 Fairfax Road in Greensboro. Sunday worship begins at 10:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with Wednesday prayer and Bible study at 7:00. Services are livestreamed for people who cannot attend. The independent Baptist congregation features Bible preaching, traditional hymns, Southern Gospel favorites, choir, quartets, solos, and instrumental music. Nursery care is available from birth through the toddler years, and children ages four through ten have their own church program with Bible lessons, songs, and Scripture memory.

Founded in 1950, Grace has served Greensboro for more than seventy years. Its ministry extends through women’s Bible study, missions, seasonal music, children, and support for older neighbors. Members collect toiletries, shelf-stable food, and paper products for seniors and also offer visits and notes of encouragement. The church supports missionaries and organizations in North Carolina and abroad, highlighting a different missionary for focused prayer each month. Visitors who want to sample the preaching and music can watch a full service online before attending. Check the events page for children’s, women’s, and holiday dates.
