Wallace Presbyterian Church

About this church

Wallace Presbyterian Church is a historic congregation in Wallace combining Sunday worship with music, youth activities, local assistance, and community service. Organized in 1884, the church presents Christian faith as something expressed in both congregational life and care for neighbors. Adult and youth handbells, choir, prayer-shawl work, and other ministry teams offer creative forms of participation, while the campus’s crisis center and Blessings store provide practical help during the week.

Sunday worship begins at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary and is streamed live through the church website. Adult choir rehearsal starts at 9:00. Youth handbells normally rehearse at 9:45 on two or three Sundays each month, and the ministry welcomes beginners without prior musical experience. Adult handbells rehearse Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. The crisis center is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. The Blessings store opens Thursday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. People seeking assistance should confirm current eligibility or holiday closures before arriving. Livestream access gives first-time visitors a useful preview of the service, and the ministry page shows how worship connects with the congregation’s work in Wallace.
