Pilot Missionary Baptist Church

About this church

Pilot Missionary Baptist Church is a Zebulon congregation with a deliberately patterned monthly schedule rather than worship every Sunday. Its official site pairs Sunday School and worship with livestreamed sermons, virtual Bible study, and resources addressing marriage, grief, mental health, addiction, and Christian living. The sermon archive includes youth days, revivals, choir anniversaries, and messages from church leaders and guests, giving prospective visitors a direct sense of the congregation’s preaching and special observances before attending in person.

Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. and worship at 11:00 on the first through fourth Sundays of each month. The church explicitly publishes no Sunday School or worship service on fifth Sundays, an important exception for anyone planning a visit. Virtual Bible study meets at 7:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the first and third Sundays and streams on Facebook and the church website. Community studies and special events sometimes replace a normal virtual session, so participants should check the current Bible-study page when a date falls near a holiday or joint gathering.
