Horizon Community Church in Cincinnati offers two intentionally different Sunday formats. Equipping Services at 8:30 and 9:45 a.m. emphasize participatory worship, prayer and reflection, monthly Communion, and verse-by-verse Bible teaching. The 11:00 Exploring Service is designed for people investigating Christianity or returning to faith, using topical teaching, upbeat music, and creative media to address everyday questions. The Hearth Room hosts an informal, no-pressure welcome after each service.

Infant-through-high-school programming is available during all three services, which gives families flexibility without tying children’s ministry to one hour. Age-specific environments use games, drama, music, Bible lessons, and activities; groupings include infants through fourth grade, fifth and sixth, seventh and eighth, and high school. The church’s visitor guide describes casual attire, an Information Desk, and greeters who can help newcomers navigate the building. Horizon is at 3950 Newtown Road. Someone newer to Christianity may prefer 11:00, while a visitor seeking expository study and Communion should choose an earlier Equipping service.
