St. Ann Church on Coventry Road is the Cleveland Heights worship site of Communion of Saints Parish, rather than a separate current parish. Communion of Saints was formed in 2010 from four Catholic parishes and serves Cleveland Heights and East Cleveland through worship, education, and care. At St. Ann, the regular schedule includes a 4:00 p.m. Saturday Vigil, Sunday Masses at 8:30 and 11:30 a.m., and weekday Mass Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m.

For a first visit, reconciliation is offered at St. Ann on Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. or by request. Music is an active part of parish life: the adult choir rotates among liturgies, while a chant schola supports the 11:30 Sunday Mass. The same Coventry Road campus is home to Saint Ann School, which restored its historic name in 2025 and includes daily religious instruction and weekly school Mass. Because the parish also worships at St. Philomena Church, visitors should confirm that an event is scheduled for the St. Ann site before traveling.
