About this church

Merging Ministries is a Columbus congregation founded from a home Bible study that began after Pastor Nate received the idea for the ministry in 2013. The church held its first public service at Walnut Ridge High School before moving into the lower level at 360 South James Road. Its stated purpose is to bring people from every walk of life toward Jesus Christ, combining faith in God's provision with practical love for people where they are.

Sunday starts with “Spiritual Foundational” at 9:15 a.m., a teaching setting intended to build a durable basis for Christian life. The main worship service begins at 10:30 and is available both in person and online. A midweek experience follows Thursday at 7:00 p.m., with remote participation offered by conference call as well as the James Road gathering.
