The Granville Chapel

About this church

The Granville Chapel meets Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at 309 West Broadway, using the New Hope Lutheran Church building; overflow seating with a livestream is available in the fellowship hall. Worship combines expository preaching with an intentional mix of hymns, psalms, and modern songs. Nursery care serves ages birth through three, while preschoolers through third-graders may join Kids Rock after the singing and return before or during Communion. Children are also welcome to remain for the whole service, with activity bulletins available.

The congregation identifies as Reformed and emphasizes Scripture, shared life, and showing the gospel through service. Families with children through sixth grade gather after worship on the first Sunday for a meal, games, crafts, singing, and study of the Westminster Shorter Catechism. Students in grades six through twelve meet for lunch, games, and Bible study on most Sundays except the final Sunday of the month, with separate Thursday Bible studies at 7:00 p.m. The church also supports local outreach and pregnancy-center collections. Check current group calendars before attending beyond Sunday worship.
