About this church
State Road Community Church is a Church of the Nazarene congregation in North Royalton with Sunday discipleship at 9:30 a.m. and worship at 10:30. The service blends contemporary, relevant music with Bible-centered preaching, and the church makes room for different levels of engagement: newcomers may participate fully or simply observe without being singled out. Its organizing commitments are to love God, love one another, and love its neighbors, reflecting the Nazarene goal of making Christlike disciples. The congregation is led by the Rev. Phil Hurlbert.
Children’s ministry uses Bible stories, songs, crafts, and age-appropriate activities, while adult connections include groups for men, women, married couples, families, and singles. Compassion Ministries brings practical service into the church’s local and global life, including a relationship with Cleveland Victory Church. That mix makes State Road more than a Sunday-only listing: it offers a straightforward worship entry point and smaller settings for formation and service. The church meets at 8600 State Road, and its official contact page lists 440-237-2344. Visitors with questions about children’s check-in, accessibility, or a ministry’s current meeting date should contact the church before arriving.
