Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene

About this church

Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene offers Equip 412 discipleship classes for all ages Sundays at 10:00 a.m., followed by worship at 11:00 in person and online. The main service features energetic music and a message, with nursery and Kids Church for babies through sixth grade. Equip 412 meets again Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., when nursery and children’s ministry are also available, giving families two weekly opportunities for age-specific learning.

The congregation describes itself as imperfect people being continually changed by the hope of Jesus and seeking to embody that hope in Sandusky. Its visitor materials emphasize coming as you are, connecting in community, and finding a place to serve. That combination makes the weekly structure easy to evaluate: one hour of classes before worship, a livestream for remote participation, parallel care for young children, and a repeated Wednesday discipleship time rather than a Sunday-only program. Newcomers can use the official connection page to explore classes and serving roles, while the “What to Expect” page provides the most direct source for current times and children’s options.
