About this church
Lord of Life Lutheran Church worships at 8 and 10 a.m. Sunday at 6329 Tylersville Road in West Chester, with recent worship available online. The congregation summarizes its mission as living, sharing, and celebrating God's love with everyone and calls worship the heart of its life together. Outdoor services or other one-week changes are announced prominently, so visitors should check the homepage for the current location as well as the standing times.
Leadership is distributed across a council and ministry-area coordinators rather than concentrated only in the pastoral office. Published areas include evangelism, youth, preschool, stewardship, property, outreach, fellowship, worship, adult education, and care, giving newcomers a practical map of congregational priorities and volunteer needs. Staff roles cover pastoral care, music, faith formation, preschool, office support, and special projects. The preschool director connects early education with Christian formation, while the music director brings choral, handbell, instrumental, liturgical, and performance experience to worship. Lord of Life also publishes an annual ministry brochure, review materials, newsletters, governance documents, events, and a direct worship-service sign-up. A newcomer can attend either Sunday hour, preview the service online, and use the ministry map to identify the person responsible for a particular need or interest. Checking announcements is especially important whenever weather or an outdoor gathering may change the usual room.
