About this church
Sandhill Christian Baptist Church is a Wheelersburg congregation in the Christian Baptist Association, serving the Ohio River Valley through worship, gospel preaching, fellowship, and age-based Bible learning. Its S.H.Y. Kids ministry divides children into ages zero to two, three to five, six to eight, and nine to twelve, rotating them through lessons, crafts, snacks, and music. Teen and young-adult classes extend formation beyond childhood.
Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by morning worship at 10:45. Sunday evening service starts at 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday service at 7:00. Youth group and junior church are available on Sunday mornings, while Walk Wise Wednesday provides a midweek youth program. Recent service recordings include morning, evening, and Wednesday gatherings, allowing visitors to preview the church’s teaching. Young-adult ministry serves ages 18–45, an unusually broad published range intended to include college students, professionals, and married adults. Families should ask where each rotating children’s station meets and confirm whether a given Sunday includes the usual junior-church arrangement before settling into the main service.
