Broadway Baptist Church

About this church

Broadway Baptist Church in Sand Springs begins Sunday small groups at 9:15 a.m. and worship at 10:30. The service blends contemporary and traditional music before a message from Scripture. Wednesday from 6:15 to 8 p.m., B-Kids and Broadway Student Ministry provide age-specific teaching, activities, and relationships. The homepage sometimes rounds the Sunday education time to 9 a.m.; the detailed visitor guide gives the 9:15–10:15 class window, so guests should arrive before 9:15 when planning for a group.

BBC describes itself as a multigenerational church of imperfect people being changed by God. Its simple framework—know, grow, go—connects learning and community with outward service. Children's ministry combines parents, adult volunteers, Christ-centered activities, Children's Church, summer camp, and Vacation Bible School. Student ministry is designed around relationship with God and with peers, using the Wednesday gathering for worship, teaching, conversation, and fun. The church has also operated a Christian preschool since 1972, giving the congregation a weekday connection with area families. A Sunday group flows directly into 10:30 worship; Wednesday families need the current school calendar plus the correct children's or student entrance.
