Countryside Christian Church

About this church

Countryside Christian Church in Keizer holds in-person Sunday services at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., with the 9:00 service also streamed. Gatherings last about an hour and feature contemporary worship songs, a Scripture-based sermon, and weekly Communion. The church describes dress as very casual and says guests are welcomed without being singled out or required to make a commitment. Kidventure classes run during both services for children from two months through fifth grade, led by a team of background-checked adults.

Elevate, the ministry for students in grades six through twelve, meets Sundays at 10:30 and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. Sunday students begin with congregational worship before moving to teaching and small groups; Wednesday adds games, music, a message, and group discussion. Adults can connect through LifeGroups that meet on campus, in homes, and online, with formats including Bible study, sermon discussion, and gender-specific groups. Countryside's phrase “More than Sunday” fits that weekly range. For first-time visitors, the service length, casual dress guidance, weekly Communion, children's age range, student plan, and livestream option provide an unusually complete preview.
