Shasta Way Christian Church

About this church

Shasta Way Christian Church meets at 5835 Shasta Way in Klamath Falls. Sunday classes for all ages begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by worship at 10:30. The congregation describes the service as informal, with music, Bible teaching, and weekly Communion. Dress is similarly relaxed: visitors do not need to dress up, and the church's newcomer page explicitly frames the community as open to longtime churchgoers and people considering a first visit.

Children and adults have age-level learning during the earlier hour, while the church's broader family ministry connects with a Christ-centered preschool and kindergarten. Shasta Way has served the Klamath Falls area for more than sixty years and summarizes its aim as connecting with Christ, connecting with one another, and connecting with the community. Mission support reaches local and international partners, and archived worship video gives newcomers a way to observe before attending. The most practical Sunday plan is a two-stage morning: classes at 9:00, then a shared 10:30 service where Communion is part of the weekly rhythm. The combination of casual dress, an education hour, and weekly Lord's Supper is more distinctive than a generic “Christian church” label suggests.
