Emmanuel Assembly of God begins Sunday School at 9:20 a.m. and worship at 10:30. Sunday-night prayer starts at 6, while Wednesday Bible study begins at 7 p.m. On arrival, guests pass a building marked “chapel” and should continue farther into the parking area to the Beisel Christian Life Center, where main worship services take place. This distinction is especially useful on a first visit to the multi-building Allentown campus.

The congregation has supported missions for more than a century through prayer, giving, local organizations, and Assemblies of God missionaries abroad. A November missions convention traditionally features a visiting missionary each Sunday. Children in grades two through five can join Junior Bible Quiz, combining weekly practice, Scripture learning, friendly competition, and regional meets. Teen Bible Quiz extends to grades six through twelve with New Testament study, tournaments, critical thinking, friendships, and scholarship opportunities. Relentless Youth serves middle- and high-school students, while men, women, and young adults have monthly Saturday gatherings.
