Forks United Church of Christ

About this church

Forks United Church of Christ is an Easton congregation grounded in the United Church of Christ tradition and organized around worship, Christian education, fellowship, and service. Its welcome pages explain the congregation’s beliefs and help newcomers understand the Sunday experience, while online worship provides a way to preview recent services. Children participate in the beginning of worship before moving to age-appropriate learning during the school year.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. During the school year, Sunday School for children age three through sixth grade starts after the children’s message, allowing families to begin together in the sanctuary. Kids Krew gathers one Sunday each month after worship for fellowship and activities; the youth page or calendar should be used to confirm the date. A service is also published for 6:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. The congregation posts online worship for people joining remotely or learning its style before a visit. Since the children’s schedule is tied to the school year and monthly programs do not occur every week, holiday and summer visitors should verify the calendar rather than assume classes will meet. The official beliefs page offers context on the church’s UCC identity, and the new-visitor page is the best starting point for practical expectations.
