Stillwaters Presbyterian Church

About this church

Stillwaters Presbyterian Church in West Grove worships Sundays at 10:00 a.m. in person and online. The congregation describes the atmosphere as casual, with friendly people, a blend of traditional and praise music, and Bible teaching for daily life. Stillwaters belongs to the Presbyterian Church in America and calls itself “a family of grace in a broken world.” Its story began with a small group meeting in a living room in 2002; in 2013 the church moved to a twelve-acre property in Chester County farmland, where it has since completed a gym and Sunday School rooms.

Children’s and youth ministry spans preschool through high school. First and third Wednesday Youth Nights begin at 6:15 p.m. for ages three through eighteen, with separate groups for younger children, elementary students, girls, and boys; the high-school boys’ Battalion meets weekly rather than every other week. The church says volunteers are background checked and teachers trained, and it also offers Sunday children’s church and summer Vacation Bible School. Community connections include a softball outreach, service with UrbanPromise in Wilmington, and a partnership with Chester County Connect Care. Stillwaters gives prospective visitors a clear mix of relaxed worship, structured discipleship, intergenerational groups, and locally rooted service.
