Riverland Hills Baptist Church is an intergenerational Irmo congregation organized around “living faith” for everyone, everywhere, every day. Three Sunday worship options, Life Groups, children, students, adults, choir, orchestra, band, missions, recreation, care, prayer, a day school, and livestreaming let visitors choose a setting while joining one church.

Worship West meets at 9:30 a.m. with pastors, choir, and orchestra. Worship East meets at 9:30 and 11:00 with pastors and a band; both settings offer a livestream. Dress ranges from coats and ties to jeans and T-shirts. Preferred spaces serve people with disabilities, seniors, and families with small children, and golf carts shuttle from parking. Nursery through fifth-grade classes meet at 9:30 and 11:00 with secure tag pickup; kindergarten and older children are encouraged to worship with family for one hour and attend class for the other. Middle- and high-school Student Hours also meet at 9:30 and 11:00, with The Gathering Sunday 6:00–8:00 p.m. during the school year. Adult Life Groups meet at 8:15, 9:30, or 11:00.
