Alice Drive Baptist Church

About this church

Alice Drive Baptist Church is a multisite Sumter-area congregation that begins with the conviction that people matter to God and should be helped to know Jesus and take a next step. The Loring Mill address is its broadcast campus, joined by Pocalla, Bishopville, and online worship. LIFE Groups, children and student ministries, sports, midweek programming, adult groups, missions, service teams, and a preschool create pathways for different ages and stages.

At Loring Mill, Sunday services begin at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00 a.m.; all three are streamed online. Each gathering opens with worship and continues with a live message. At 8:30, childcare is available for nursery and preschool ages. The 9:45 and 11:00 hours provide LIFE Groups for babies through fifth grade, using age-appropriate Bible teaching and a secure parent-tag pickup process. Volunteers are trained and background-checked. A nursing-mothers room carries the live service, and a Buddies team supports children with disabilities. Middle- and high-school LIFE Groups meet Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45. Because each campus publishes different schedules and age offerings, visitors should make sure they are viewing Loring Mill information rather than another location. New families can start at Connection Point in the main lobby for check-in and directions.
