The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Franklin celebrates Holy Eucharist each Sunday at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. The earlier Rite I service is a traditional, spoken Eucharist without music. The 10:30 Rite II service has hymns and choral music, and it is also streamed online. Nursery care for children age five and younger is available at 10:30; families may use it for the full service or collect children before Communion. After worship, the congregation gathers in Rogers Hall for coffee, food, and conversation. All baptized Christians, not only Episcopalians, may receive Communion.

From September through May, Christian formation for children, youth, and adults meets Sunday at 9:15. Children use Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in prepared “atria” that combine Scripture, hands-on materials, prayer, and the patterns of worship. On Wednesdays, a 6:00 p.m. family potluck precedes adult Bible study, children’s activities, and youth group at 6:30. The volunteer-and-scholar adult choir rehearses Wednesday and Sunday and leads the later service. Resurrection describes its purpose as worshiping God, serving people in need, and sharing the gospel, with an Episcopal identity grounded in Scripture, the Book of Common Prayer, sacraments, and respect for every person’s dignity.
