Corpus Christi Chapel in Franklin is a mission chapel of the Society of St. Pius X and has offered the Traditional Latin Mass in Middle Tennessee for more than two decades. Sunday Masses are celebrated at 8 and 10 a.m., and confessions are heard for about 30 minutes before each Mass. The liturgy is said in Latin according to the practices in use before 1969, with the priest facing the altar in the same direction as the congregation. Printed missals and booklets are available to help newcomers follow along.

On First Fridays and First Saturdays, the chapel holds Benediction followed by confessions at 5:30 p.m. and a Low Mass at 6:30 p.m. Visitors are asked to wear modest, respectful clothing rather than shorts or T-shirts; women are asked to wear a veil, and men remove their hats inside the chapel. Communion is received on the tongue at the Communion rail by practicing Catholics who have kept the one-hour fast. Baptisms, confirmations and weddings call for six months of registration and preparation. First-time guests are encouraged to introduce themselves after Mass, when refreshments are served and the bookstore is open.
