Blairland Baptist Church

About this church

Blairland Baptist Church begins Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. and morning worship at 11:00 at 730 Steekee Road in Loudon. Worship uses a blended musical style, and greeters help newcomers locate an age-appropriate class or answer practical questions. The congregation says Sunday preaching presents the gospel and gives people room to respond, within a church culture focused on worship, growth, connection, service, and sharing faith.

Blairland traces its roots to home gatherings before 1927 and formally organized with 24 charter members in 1928. Today its children’s ministry combines Bible learning with camps and seasonal activities. Youth in grades 7–12 have Sunday School and a Wednesday 6:00 p.m. Youth Quake class, along with worship arts, retreats, service, and mission projects. This mix of history and active family programming gives visitors several entry points. Those who want conversation can begin in Sunday School; others can come directly to the 11:00 service. The church’s first-visit page is particularly useful for understanding the welcome process and musical approach, while the current bulletin and events pages should be consulted when a holiday or youth activity could change the usual schedule.
