Christ Church Nashville is a diverse, interdenominational congregation seeking to bring hope and wholeness through Christ. Its six stated values—Word, worship, prayer, community, diversity, and generosity—shape Sunday worship, Life Groups, children’s and youth formation, and local and global mission partnerships. Life Groups usually gather ten to twelve individuals or five to six couples in homes around Middle Tennessee, while a quarterly Next Steps lunch introduces the church’s history, mission, and ways to participate.

Sunday classes begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by worship at 10:30. A typical service lasts about ninety minutes and uses song, Scripture, sacrament, and opportunities for prayer. Guest parking and the main sanctuary entrance are reached by turning at the stoplight and following signs through the tunnel doors; families checking in children continue uphill toward the Atrium. Childcare is available for ages three and younger. Children age four through fifth grade begin in the service and generally leave for Kids Church before the sermon, except on the final Sunday of the month when the generations remain together. Youth in grades six through twelve attend the full Sunday service and also meet Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
