Coggin Avenue Baptist Church

About this church

Coggin Avenue Baptist Church offers Sunday services at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:00 a.m. in the Coggin Connection Center Fellowship Hall. Each lasts about sixty to seventy minutes, beginning with song and prayer before biblical teaching. Lyrics are projected, and the church describes its goal as helping people learn God’s truth within a supportive community that pursues a full life in Jesus.

Nursery care for newborns through age three is available during the early service, Bible-study hour, and late service. A matched-tag check-in system, text alerts, background-checked volunteers, and safety training give parents concrete information before arriving. Pre-K through sixth grade use the Gospel Project, while youth meet in CCC Room 216 at 11:00. The church also supports eighteen missionaries and sponsors 147 children in Uganda. First-time families should add ten minutes for check-in and note that the CCC is the large metal-and-brick building beside the brick church building.
